Avonridge, Inc. is a small company with four Project Managers who have over 50 years experience in building custom homes.

The Project Manager works with the client from the initial design stage through estimating, purchasing, scheduling, contract administration and warranty. The building site is inspected daily as construction progresses.

Your Project Manager guides and counsels you during the entire process, helping you to find the right products and make the right choices in all phases of construction.

When it is time to inspect the home before closing or do the year-end warranty work, it is the Project Manager who provides the knowledge and continuity needed to make sure your new home is in excellent working order.

Our subcontractors and suppliers are a loyal, professional and hard working group who are all committed to providing the best product and the best service at a reasonable price. They know what we expect in a quality product.
